Fusión Sushi & Pho Information

Stepping into Fusión Sushi & Pho at 3118 53rd Ave E in Bradenton feels like discovering a hidden gem where two culinary worlds collide in the best possible way. The moment you walk in, the cozy yet modern vibe sets the tone-warm lighting, sleek wooden tables, and subtle Asian-inspired décor make it the kind of spot you can linger in, whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or settling in for a relaxed dinner. The staff greets you with genuine friendliness, guiding you through the menu with helpful suggestions if you're torn between sushi rolls or a steaming bowl of pho.

The menu itself is a delightful mash-up of flavors. Their sushi rolls are inventive, with fresh, high-quality fish and creative pairings that go beyond the usual California or spicy tuna. I was particularly impressed with a roll featuring mango and tempura shrimp-crispy, sweet, and perfectly balanced with the rice and nori. On the pho side, the broths are rich and aromatic, simmered long enough to pull out deep flavors without being overpowering. Topped with fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and a squeeze of lime, each bowl feels comforting and satisfying. There are also plenty of small plates and appetizers, from crispy spring rolls to lightly seasoned edamame, giving you the chance to mix and match for a fuller experience.

What makes Fusión Sushi & Pho stand out is the seamless blending of these two cuisines without either feeling like an afterthought. Even with a busy evening crowd, the service feels attentive without being intrusive, and dishes arrive promptly, maintaining the freshness that sushi demands. Reviews from locals and visitors alike highlight how approachable the menu is-great for seasoned sushi lovers, pho enthusiasts, or anyone just looking to try something new.

The location itself is convenient, tucked in a well-trafficked area of Bradenton but with enough space to feel private and relaxed. What People's Say About Place

Perfect hole in the wall with a few tables and countertop seating as well. I ordered one of the pho options to go, and it was so fresh and flavorful with all of the spices, lime wedge, sprouts, onions, and basil. The broth had so much flavor, that perfect blend of earthy spices, rich but not too salty. I got all of this for $12.99. They serve sushi and boba as well. I will be back!

Got vermicelli noodles with roast pork (I think it’s #32) So, so good. Thank you Tony! I have literally eaten this across the US and this has to best I have ever tried. You will not be disappointed (not a dish served hot for the first timers, it’s traditionally served at room temp). Put the fish sauce on it and “go to town”!

RiceVermicelli-Bun X2. Each guest was impressed and enjoyed their wonderful cold salads. Generous portions of jumbo shrimp and plenty of pork pieces. The salad dressing was amazing and complementing. Rice Noodle Soup -Pho #55 Vegetable Rice Noodle with Vegetable broth and Tofu. I can't say enough about the flavor and Unami of this Pho. It was superb to the last sip. Overall we all enjoyed our meals. And if around town again we will stop in for a other great meal.

I love pho, and I come here STRICTLY because they add more veggies to the pho which gives it more texture and more to pick through. I come here regularly just to get my “adult chicken noodle soup.” It’s family run and I love seeing the little ones around the restaurant. We’ve also had the bbq fried rice before that was awesome too. Highly recommend coming to have your cozy meal

I got the kids' size chicken pho with rice noodles since I didn't want a lot and it was delicious! The staff was very kind. I also enjoyed the Mexican roll and Taro tea smoothie. I liked the relaxing music they played and the lavender painted walls, which is a calming color. All around I enjoyed the atmosphere, food, and service and will definitely visit again when I come back to Bradenton!

The vermicelli rice we ordered and pho were good. We also appreciate that they have a kids menu. We were looking for some Vietnamese food and pho on Black Friday before watching a movie at AMC 20 across the street and that’s how we discovered the place. However, there is limited seats on this place and I think their bathroom needs to be cleaned better.

They have a good food. I forget the name of the dish that I ordered but I post the picture here. It’s a rice vermicelli. I really enjoyed it. My friend got shrimp fried rice and it was good as well! The service was okay - a bit slow. Looks like only one person working there. I was confused at first why the name is sushi & pho but there is no sushi on the menu. He forget to give the sushi menu. We were sitting next by the tv so it wasn’t a good choice, the atmosphere was okay. Definitely will come back for the food. The price is reasonable.
